PERSONNEL

Bristol Two-wheel Training was founded in 2002 by Paul Arber who has held a full motorcycle licence since February 1974. Paul believes that while biking must be fun, good training is essential to achieve this and stay safe on today's ever more crowded and dangerous roads. He is happy to give advice on any aspect of motorcycling, from choice of machine to maintainance and clothing or anything in between. Having spent over twenty years as a mechanic and running his own garage, he is fully conversant with today's technology. His own motorcycling experience covers everything from mopeds and older British bikes up to the latest superbike offerings from Japan, Germany and Italy. He usually rides between fifteen and twenty-thousand miles per year, including two or three continental trips.

Paul has recently reduced his involvement in Motorcycle Training due to other projects and the day-to-day running of the company is now undertaken by Martin Elkins who has had a full Motorcycle Licence since 1978 and has been a Motorcycle Instructor for 12 years. Martin was on a moped at the age of 16 and has ridden ever since and, like Paul, enjoys touring Europe on his bike.

In addition we have Helen Riley who is a part-time CBT instructor and who has also ridden bikes since her teens.
